Training and Development

Subsidiary companies of MB Group support individuals who wish to learn, develop and grow with the Group. We promote a self-learning and development culture and utilize functional, leadership and behavioural competency frameworks to assess and develop staff competencies and capabilities.

Given the diverse, complex and competitive nature of the MB Group businesses coupled, the Group initiated the 'MB Leadership Development program’ that aims to develop existing and emerging leaders of its various business units to deliver the company's long term aspirations.

MBti

To support our technical and soft skill-development landscape, MB Training Institute (MBti) was established. Since its establishment in 2018, MBti has gone on to deliver high-quality training for both MB Group employees and external clients by leveraging its capabilities and experience.
