Representing MB Group during His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik’s official visit to the French Republic, Saeed Al Jabri, Group CEO, participated in the Oman–France Business Forum, where MB SAT signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Telespazio France.
The agreement marks an important step in strengthening international collaboration in the space sector and supports the development of satellite communications solutions and services. As the first private Omani company to own a MicroGEO communications satellite, MB SAT will work with Telespazio France to explore opportunities that enhance technical capabilities and contribute to the growth of Oman’s space industry.
The signing took place alongside a series of strategic agreements concluded during His Majesty’s visit, which reinforced the longstanding partnership between Oman and France and opened new avenues for cooperation across key economic and technology sectors. The forum brought together government officials and business leaders from both countries to expand investment and commercial partnerships.
